1. Where is The Precious Petals available?

We deliver everywhere within Malaysia.

2. Is there a delivery cost?

Yes. There is a delivery cost for some areas. Please refer to price list HERE.

3. How long do I have to wait for my blooms?

Our standard delivery services are completed between 10am – 6pm.

4. Will I be issued a receipt?

Your confirmation email serves as a receipt but if you do require an invoice, we can issue at your request.

5. Can i have COD (Cash on Delivery)?

No. Sorry there is no COD payment method.

6. Do you have GST?

Yes, we are GST registered company. GST is inclusive of our price.

7. What happened if i have a very short notice order?

We do our best to arrange. Please CONTACT US for further discussion.
